In using the Application you agree that LifeWaveTech, it’s directors or employees or affiliates have no responsibility or liability, financial or otherwise, whatsoever from any medical damage, injury or harm caused from use or misuse of this application and are not liable for any damage or risk in connection therewith.
Do not use this Application if you have an implanted pacemaker, defibrillator or similar.
The Application is NOT a medical device, does not measure heart rate and is NOT a substitute for a doctor or professional healthcare provider advise.
The Application does not backup user data automatically outside the user's device. It is the user's responsibility to regularly backup their data.
To use the Application to hear baby’s heart sounds through your Apple device (iPhone, iPod or iPad) it will be necessary to place the Apple device on your body. The Application does not require cellular or wifi connections to hear or record the sounds. However, your device does produce cellular radiation and you should ONLY use the Application with “Airplane Mode” ON.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and"AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
